All beds are covered by a 5 year warranty. Heaters 3 years. Clipper Mattresses either a 3 or 4 year warranty depending on the model chosen. Which is then extend to 5 years on all Complete Waterbeds I deliver and install. Complete after sales service and support available for all brands.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. My commitment to your sleeping comfort. I offer one mattress exchange to a softer or firmer model when you have delivered and installed a new bed for the first time. The only cost to you is any difference in the mattress price if any and the installation service. At lest a 2 week breaking in period is recommended.
Soft sided waterbeds were introduced to provide more convenience. They are made to the same dimensions as standard beds allowing any furniture to be used with them. Your waterbeds base can be made to any height to suit.
